Feng Shui Project Update: Ayres Paso Robles
Here is a little update on a Feng Shui consulting project that I’ve been working on with Ayres Hotels for their forthcoming luxury resort & spa in Paso Robles, CA:

Paso Robles, California can expect its first resort and spa by the year 2014. Ayres Resort & Spa Paso Robles will be a self-contained destination resort combining full accommodations which include a two story Tuscan style hotel, extended stay accommodations, full spa, wellness center, vineyard, restaurant, boutique shop, and event facilities. Throughout its design, construction, as well as operations the project’s philosophy is one of health and sustainability both for the individual and environment.
The hotel building will include 169 guest rooms and suites that are rotated to harmonize with the shape and energy of the terrain. Extended stay accommodations will be comprised of five two-story buildings housing thirty- six private apartment style living for those doing business in the Paso Robles area. The grounds will be preserved and planted with vineyards, olive orchards, as well as a variety of herb, flower, vegetable, and meditation gardens. Complementing the guest rooms, the Ayres Resort will offer a fine dining restaurant with bar and lounge, a full day spa with private treatment rooms, and a wellness center featuring holistic and energetic therapies that will also be available to local residents.

OCRE Forum Seminar on Feng Shui for Real Estate Investing 6/5/2013
Join me at the Orange County Real Estate Forum, a networking event and education program for real estate investors.
We will be discussing how Feng Shui relates to floor plans and how savvy home builders, real estate investors and real estate brokers leverage Feng Shui to fill units with tenants and buyers.

Ms. Feng Shui at OC Real Estate Forum

Orange County Register Article on Home Builders and Feng Shui
The Orange County Register today published a story by Jeff Collins in their print and online editions talking about Feng Shui and its role in home building.
Ms. Feng Shui was used as a primary source for the article, as I am consulting with KB Home and Olson Homes on how to design future residential developments with Feng Shui principles in mind.
